Arrival/LATE POLICY

There is a 10 Min Grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10 min late unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled and fees apply due to working on a full schedule. Text the phone number in confirmation email + wait to enter. You may reschedule your appointment with me or online.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For remaining balance on your appointment day CASH or Card ONLY. No exceptions.

*No Cash App, Venmo

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your appointment once with a transferred deposit, a long as it is 24 hrs before your original appointment time. The second time rescheduling will need a new deposit. Same Day rescheduling is considered same day cancelling + 100% balance fee apply.

PRODUCTS

You may still come in to pick up products. Please notify us via Text 813-486-7415 so we may have our products ready for you!
